Baby Kickers


This program has been created specifically for 3 to 5 year olds and focuses on Life Skills, Safety Skills and Basic Martial Arts Skills.  Lil Kickers


 This program has been created specifically for 6 to 7 year olds.  Our kid’s martial arts program provides benefits for children immediately, with results that will last them for a lifetime. You and your child’s teachers will see a big difference at home and at school. Your child will learn to have better focus and self-control all while having fun and getting exercise.










 











 

  

 Super Kickers


 This program has been created specifically for 8 to 12 year olds. In this program the child is taught the original curriculum and the cardiovascular exercises increase as well as the competitive aspect, all without losing the fun while training.







 

 

 

 

                                                                                                                                        





Teen TaeKwon-Do 


for students of 13 to 17 years old. This program aims, to achieve an educational community of excellence where students can work on their tasks, be assisted, and participate in trainings, recreational and sport activities where they can develop their skills and knowledge. We have a comprehensive curriculum where they emphasized their tasks, materials and supervised class and activities.






 











                                                                                                                                      

     

Adult TaeKwon-Do 


Program for 18 and up. It is an energy program, it covers all facets of Taekwondo-do and not only you learn this exciting sport, but you learn self-defense at the same time you acquire complete physical improvements














 





                                                                                                                      
Kicking Fitness


is a special workout program for any fitness level, which consists of mixed Kickboxing, TaeKwon-Do and Cross Fit - Boot camp classes.
