​mAster Hernandez is a highly personal - group trainer, recreation specialist and martial arts instructor.

He was born on July 16, 1975 in Mayagüez P.R

1988 He began to practice the Taekwon-Do style at 13 years of age    

1994       Opening of its first Taekwon-Do academy under the address of Mr. Daniel Muñiz as an Independent organization (Muñiz Taekwon-Do Academies).

Selected to represent Puerto Rico in the Championship  Caribbean in the Dominican Republic.

1995       He joined the Global Taekwon-Do Federation when he was brought to Puerto Rico by Mr. Daniel Muñiz V Dan.

1996       Elected coach National Team G.T.F

He receives recognition for his excellence in training the national team (Champion Team in the North American & Canadian Championship 1996) in Quebec Canada, the only Latin team to hold that title.

1997       Coach and member of the G.T.F national team of P.R I represent Puerto Rico at the 2nd G.T.F World Championship in St. Louis, Mo USA (Bronze Medalist Team

Coach and member of the PR GTF national team that represented Puerto Rico at the North American & Canadian Championship 1997 in Quebec, Canada (Team Champion for 2nd consecutive year.)

 1998      Trainer and member of the PR GTF national team at the Puerto Rico Open Championship 1998 in Guayanilla PR. Champion team)

  Take the G.T.F International Instructor Seminar and become a G.T.F Instructor

1999       Coach and member of the national team that represented Puerto Rico in the 1999 U.S.A Cup Championship in New Jersey, U.S.A (Champion Team)

  2000      Instructor recognition of the year

Coach and member of the G.T.F national team of P.R at the GTF 2000 World Championship (Bronze medalist team)

 2001       Selected by election vice president of the G.T.F.P.R

 2002       Selected member and coach of the national team G.T.F Team that represented P.R at the World Championship in Canada during that year

 2004       Elected by elections president of the G.T.F.P.R

 2005       Coach and member of the national team that represented Puerto Rico in the North American GTF Championship 2005, Regina Canada, Team Champion of the championship.

 2006       Coach and Member (Heavy Weight Weight) National Team to represent Puerto Rico in the 2006 World Championship in Regina, Italy. Puerto Rico won 4th place worldwide

 2007       Member of the men's national team that represented Puerto Rico in the Sask GTF Championship obtaining silver and bronze medal in the fight modality.

 He retires at a competitive level and is totally dedicated to teaching TaeKwon-Do and training elite black tapes. Winner of a No Numbers of Championships at National Level (P.R) retiring unbeaten from national competitions

 2011       He trains the national team of P.R and leaves his retirement representing Puerto Rico in the World Championship of TaeKwon-Do in Dundee, Scotland in which Puerto Rico obtained the 3rd position in the world and is the second country with the most medals.

 2013       Brings the Jun Tong Taekwon-Do Federation to Puerto Rico, was appointed international vice president of the Jun Tong TaeKwon-Do Federation and is responsible for expanding the JTF in the Caribbean for Grand Master Robert Dunn - President and founder of the JTF.
